Ghiringhelli's Pizzeria was founded by Mike Ghiringhelli and Ed Ferrero in 1985, in beautiful downtown Fairfax.

Both Mike and Ed were born and raised in Fairfax and attended all the local schools. Ed was the pizza chef and Mike was the promoter. Pizza lovers flocked to Ghiringhelli's and they became the best and most popular pizza around.

In 1989 Mike and Ed opened up Ghiringhelli Specialty Foods, providing fresh and natural food to retail stores throughout the Western States. The factory is now headquartered in Vallejo, California.

Now we are pleased to be opening a pizza slice house here in Novato, CA.

Our family recipe dough is made fresh daily. Our sauce features 16 herbs and spices — to tantalize your tastebuds.

We use premium meat and vegetable toppings, and rBST-free mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Our pizzas are baked on the dark side unless otherwise specified. Artisan pizzas bake faster than our Traditional pies.

Ghiringhelli's is very active in the community and support many local groups.
